INFORMATIVE made to users of the website contact form
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Legislative Decree 196/2003 establish the rules relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and their circulation; in accordance with the provisions of art. 13 of the GDPR, the information relating to the processing for the purposes indicated below is reported below.

Data Controller

Purpose and legal basis of the processing of personal data
The data (name and surname, company, e-mail, telephone number) of natural persons who use the contact form on the website to send requests to the Company, are used for the purposes of:
1. reception and response to any questions and / or requests, including appointments, in accordance with art. 6 co. 1 letter b EU Regulation 2016/679. Failure to provide the above data implies the impossibility of complying with the request of the interested party.
2. carrying out information activities relating to news relating to insurance products, only with your consent as required by art. 6 paragraph 1 lett. a of EU Regulation 679/2016.

Processing methods
The processing will be carried out with the aid of electronic or automated means and with organizational and processing logics strictly related to the purposes themselves and in any case in such a way as to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data in order to reduce the risk of destruction or loss, unauthorized access, modification and disclosure.

Recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data may be disclosed
The data may be disclosed to qualified partners of PCA S.p.A. for contractual, technical or organizational purposes related to the provision of the service, without prejudice to the transfer to public authorities to comply with legal obligations.
The collected data are not subject to disclosure and are not transferred outside the EU or countries considered safe by the European Commission, nor to subjects not adhering to international programs for the free circulation of data.

Data retention
With reference to the purpose of contact via the contact form, your data will be kept for the time necessary to process your request and deleted within the following 12 months. As for the performance of information activities, your data will be kept until your request to interrupt the service, with which they will be deleted.

Rights of the interested party
The interested party may exercise the rights referred to in Articles from 15 to 22 of the GDPR (access, rectification, cancellation, limitation, portability, as well as to oppose the processing and to be informed of any automated decision-making processes) by contacting the Data Controller.
The interested party also has the right to file a complaint with the Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (www.garanteprivacy.it).
